    I also have helped at a country hog butchering! It is very interesting, and a lot of work. We cut up the animal, wrapped chops for freezing, made sausage, pressure-canned much of the meat, rendered gallons of lard, and cured a ham. As we say in the US, we used everything but the squeal !

    You are def the best pâtissier on RUclips. However, you are not the most watched. IMHO, it's because your videos are too fast, they don't have enough overhead shots, and you should use "see through" bowls so that mere mortals like us can see the consistency of what you are making so we can try to duplicate (hah!) Love your videos but want to see you take your rightful place as the G.O.A.T of baking.
